FC2212L Engine test bench transient fuel fuel meter (Coriolis mass fuel flow meter) can simultaneously measure the engine fuel mass flow, volume flow, temperature, density and cumulative fuel consumption. FC2212L uses Emerson CMF series mass flowmeter as measuring element for petrol, diesel, liquefied natural gas (LPG), natural gas (CNG), alternative fuels or mixture of biofuels (special request when ordering).

FC2210 or FC2210Z series Engine test bench fuel flow meter (weight type) uses advanced CAN bus technology with simplified network characteristics. More than one test devices for networking can be possible. Retaining the standard RS232C serial interface, FC2210 Fuel flow meter can easily form a more advanced test system with the computer or other intelligent instruments, or for remote controlling.

FC2440 Engine fuel temperature control device

 

FC2440 Engine fuel temperature control device is based on National Automotive Engine Test GB3743-84 standard and specifically designed for diesel engine and gasoline engine test bench. This system can provide steady fuel flow and constant fuel temperature for diesel engine and gasoline engine test.

It solves the previous problem in engine performance test which the fuel temperature instability happens (affected by environmental temperature and fuel return temperature) and fuel temperature cannot be arbitrarily changed according to the test requirements.

FC2440 has automatic deflation function. When the sensor detects the small fuel bubbles in returned fuel, the valve will be automatically opened for timely releasing fuel bubbles. The value is closed after bubbles are discharged. FC2440 is equipped with high efficiency heat exchanger and imported high-precision digital temperature control meter.

During operation, the fuel is exchanged with the constant temperature medium in the heat exchanger. The temperature control meter continuously detects the fuel temperature at the outlet and automatically adjusts the opening degree of the coolant valve so as to control the fuel temperature. FC2440 has the fault protection function. It will automatically cut off the atmospheric pipeline to prevent fuel leakage.

FC2410 Electronic fuel injection engine exhaust device

Electronic fuel injection engine exhaust device work principle

 

The high temperature fuel from electronic fuel injection engine return fuel pipeline (or fuel spill from pressure regulating valve) passes through FC2410 condenser for cooling. The high temperature return fuel is cooled to ensure the stability of the fuel temperature. When the sensor of FC2410 detects the small fuel bubbles in returned fuel, the valve will be automatically opened for timely releasing fuel bubbles.

The value is closed after bubbles are discharged. FC2410 also has the fuel temperature timely detection function. The front panel has an LED display window which monitors the fuel measurement temperature. Five indicators monitor the exhaust valve and the operating status of the bubble detection sensor.

FC2422 Engine thermal shock controller

 

FC2422 Engine thermal shock controller is made for the engine test bench by greatly alternating mechanical load and thermal load and improve the alternating times in unit time in order to assess the engine in a relatively short period of time. 

The test method is based on GBT19055-2003 Automotive engine reliability test method. It uses computer and PLC control with high anti-interference capability. FC2422 does not just only achieve the engine hot and cold impact test but also for the water temperature control in engine performance test.

FC2420T Engine coolant temperature control device

 

FC2420T Engine coolant temperature control device is used in the engine test bench to adjust the engine coolant temperature. It is used to replace the vehicle engine radiator to keep the engine coolant temperature in a constant range. FC2420T uses aluminum alloy frame structure and is surrounded by metal punching plate for isolation protection. The device adopts stainless steel pipes for good reliability and high control accuracy.

FC2420T contains two fluid circulation loop: coolant circulation loop and circulating cooling water loop. There is a three-way electric proportional control valve in the coolant loop to adjust the mixing ratio between high temperature coolant and low temperature coolant in order to achieve the preset temperature.

An expansion tank is integrated in the system to separate the bubbles in the coolant for compensating coolant thermal expansion and replenishing engine coolant for a short period of time. The pressure loss inside the system is compensated by a circulating pump.




FC2420TD Motor coolant temperature control device

 

FC2420TD is a dedicated temperature control device for cooling dynamometer motor, vehicle motor and motor controller. It is an essential auxiliary equipment to ensure the smooth testing of the motor test stand. FC2420TD Motor coolant temperature control device contains two fluid circulation loop: the internal coolant circulation loop and external coolant circulation loop.

There is a Siemens electric regulating valve in the external coolant circulation loop to adjust the coolant flow into the heat exchanger so as to control the test motor outlet water temperature. An expansion tank is integrated in the system to separate the bubbles in the coolant for compensating coolant thermal expansion and replenishing engine coolant for a short period of time.

The internal circulation power of the system is provided by a circulating pump and the circulating water flow can be controlled by the converter and the flowmeter.

FC2430T Engine oil temperature control device is used for engine performance and factory test and also can be used for transmission oil temperature control. FC2430T can work with engine monitoring system or can be used alone.

Engine oil temperature control device work principle

 

The engine oil from oil pan is pumped into the oil temperature cooling heat exchanger. A temperature sensor at the inlet of the oil filter feeds the signal into a temperature control instrument. Temperature control instrument outputs 4~20mA to control valve opening in order to control heat exchange (cooling) coolant flow and to control the engine oil (gearbox lubricant) temperature.

FC2430TX Transmission oil temperature control device is mainly used to regulate and control the temperature of the transmission oil. It has the built-in oil pump to provide power for the oil circulation. Transmission oil creates the flow in the gear pump operation.

After passing through FC2430TX oil filter and through the plate type heat exchanger for heat exchanging, the opening of the electric control valve is adjusted with the temperature change. The cooled oil is returned back to the transmission to complete the cycle.
