Advanced Torque Transducer comprises into 2 parts. They are the mechanical part and common intelligent modules.
The mechanical part is the same as the torque speed transducer. Through the elastic axis and 2 sets of electro-magnetic signal producer, the measured torque and rotation speed will change to 2 sets AC electrical signals with phase difference. The 2 sets of electrical signals have the same frequency and they are directly proportional to the speed of the axis, and the variation of phase difference is also directly proportional to the tested torque.
After converting these 2 sets of signals, they can be transmitted to the network by using the twisted pair, or can be converted into the signals which can communicate with the computer RS232.
