Engine Dynamometer Measuring and Control Unit can perform double close loop automatic control on engine throttle, excitation for Eddy Current Dynamometer and the water gate of the Hydraulic Dynamometer. It can satisfy the engine's performance and durability tests.

« Major characteristics»


◘ LCD display shows the engine rotational speed, torque, throttle opening, water inlet/outlet opening (Exciting current), fuel consumption, water inlet temperature, water outlet temperature, lubricant pressure, exhaust gas temperature (The last five items are based on the CAN network points)
◘ Digital PID control is adopted to improve control speed and stability for rotational speed and torque.
◘ The system possesses different control modes (M/n, M/P, n/P, n/M, M/n2, P1/P). All modes can be switched without any interference.
◘ Non-contact digital potentiometers are applied.
◘ Three different alert levels (warning/ protection/ emergency stop) can be selected.
◘ The CAN main network communication technique is employed to communicate with other network points in more convenient, faster and reliable ways.
