Transmission Testing / Gearbox Testing System TTS
XiangYi develops a series of Transmission Testing / Gearbox Testing Systems which can satisfy user the need of both common mechanical and automatic transmission testing. Torque sensors are applied on transmission test system for measuring input and output torque and speed in order to translate the above factors as the mechanical efficiency. In the meanwhile, the oil temperature, pressure and noise can display and save through the A/D computerized test procedure. Spread sheets and curves can be plotted through the test date.
All the Transmission Testing / Gearbox Testing Systems are structural flexible and well design. It can be easily upgraded. Through the basic settings, the real time and fully functional measurement system can be built. The copyright FC3000 system's test and control software not only can link up different system in convenient way, but also can build up a specific control network environment for the transmission testing.
