Engine fuel temperature control device is specially designed for diesel engine and gasoline engine testing. This device ensures a steady supply of engine fuel with constant temperature. Problems caused by fluctuation of fuel / environmental / return fuel temperature will be solved easily. The testing fuel temperature will be alterable by user's personal configuration.
Automatic gas release process will be triggered once the gas bubble sensor detects existence of any tiny fuel bubble in return fuel. Gas valve will be opened immediately to release and clear the bubbles and close right after the process is completed. Elimination of bubbles in return fuel ensures the stability of testing fuel in the process.
Engine fuel temperature control device equips with high efficiency heat exchanger. In the heat exchanger, engine fuel conducts and exchange energy with the constant temperature controlling substance. Monitoring system continuously detects the fuel temperature at the inlet, automatically adjust the opening of cooling hydraulic valve, so as to achieve the temperature controlling operation.
With aid of the safe-guard function in the system, the main conduit will be disconnected instantly if there is a fuel leakage to avoid hazard.
