When Torque Measure Interface Card is inserted into the PCI slots of the computer with torque and speed test software, a virtual torque speed testing device is formed. While 2 Torque Measure Interface Cards are inserted into computer with efficiency testing software, a virtual mechanical efficiency testing device, which is used for calculating the mechanical efficiency when 2 torque speed sensor are used, will then be formed. It is possible to create electrical and mechanical (E&M), air handling unit (AHU), water pump, transmission box and other systems if different kinds of A/D, D/A cards are installed in the computer for the measurement of temperature, pressure, flow rate, current and voltage, etc¡
