The new The new Alternation Current Dynamometer (AC Dynamometer) supplies with a 4-quadrant flux vector AC inverter and torque control technology. The whole system consists with a high speed/ high torque AC motor, HBM torque flange and Siemens/ABB 4-quadrant AC inverter. Besides, other main cores are the FC2000D Engine Automatic Test and Control System with the complete Intellectual Property Right, self-developed gauges, displays and software.
This system, with the electric motor, Siemens/ ABB inverting technology and XiangYi technological knowledge, is the optimized technological combination based on decade¡¯s development. The AC dynamometer is applicable on the researches and productions of different engines, vehicles, vessels, engineering mechanics, components of transmission mechanics etc.
The working principle of the AC Dynamometer is to convert the AC current from the generator into the direct current (DC) through ACS, and it will transform into the AC again for networking.
ACS AC variable frequency and variable speed system can adjust the current of the machine to control the rotation speed and the torque. Provided that this AC Dynamometer is connected to the Engine Test Instrument & Systems with the same brand, it can accurately measure and control the rotation speed and torque of every part of rotational machines. Furthermore, it can estimate and control different experimental variable such as temperature, pressure, current and voltage, etc.
