FAW Qingdao Automotive Factory adopts XiangYi mature technologies and testers: Engine Automatic Test and Control System, Transmission Test Platform and the proposal on clutch test solution. All above hardware can integrate the engine test platform with the transmission test platform together for the flexible installation and act as the multi-purpose test platform.
According to the plan and request from FAW Qingdao Automotive Factory, XiangYi will provide FC3000 Engine Automatic Test and Control System as the engine test foundation. XiangYi also provides Eddy Current Dynamometer as the loading. Besides, our company provides the experiment support equipments, real-time fuel consumption measurement equipment, five component emission measurement meter aand the frequency conversion control section. The Engine Test Platform can satisfy the conventional tests for all kinds of diesel engines (including turbocharged, intercooled) as well as engine performance tests, reliability tests and engine power dynamic, economic and emission studies etc.. The coordination of engine operation mode, Eddy Current Dynamometer and Electric Current Dynamometer, the transmission operation condition and transmission efficiency can be measured.
The whole system is reliable and all measurement parameters can satisfy national and professional standards. During the test, all operations, monitoring and data processing are comprehensively computerized. The entire project is finished and the commissioning work will be carried out on June. |
