The Deep Sea Electric Motor Test Platform is developed on the performance request by Chongqing Huqi Electric Motor Plant. The electric motor in The Deep Sea Electric Motor Test Platform is installed and secured horizontally inside the water tank. The cooling is carried out by water circulating and water temperature is monitored by the measuring appliance. A side of the water tank wall installs a sealed bearing seat. The shaft is inserted inside the water tank and connected with the electric motor. Another side is connected with sensors and loadings. The power for electric motor is supplied through the special sealed power supply cable. The lubrication oil is injected through and specially-made nipple. By using the Advanced Torque & Rotational Speed Transducer and PCIT200 Torque measure interface card, the rotational torque and speed can be measured simultaneously and in real-time.
The Deep Sea Electric Motor Test Platform integrates with touch-screen monitor, PLS and switch buttons. The whole system can be divided as platform button control, touch-screen monitor control and computer control. All three systems should be chosen on touch-screen monitor and the system control is defaulted as under computer control. |
