Blow-by meter




SLQY-2 Engine blow-by meter is used to measure and display the instantaneous blow-by of the engine cylinder and monitor and detect the cylinder and piston ring machining and working conditions.

Blow-by is the demonstration and measure of engine performance early development as well as the machining condition of the piston. The operating principle of SLQY-2 Engine blow-by meter and the AVL EM4031 blow-by meter is similar and comparable. SLQY-2 has the characteristics like high measurement stability, safe and reliable, small flow resistance and display accurately.

Work principle

 

SLQY-2 Engine cylinder transient blow-by meter consists of three major components.

 

  • Flow sensor (in three models)
  • Secondary meter
  • Stable tank

 

The blow-by gas from the engine crankcase first enters to the stable tank and flows out through flow sensor after pressure regulation. The signal detected by the flow sensor is input to the secondary meter and the adjusted flow rate is displayed after amplification process.




FC2050 Engine exhaust or intake pressure measurement controller

 

FC2050 Engine exhaust or intake pressure measurement controller is the pressure measurement and regulation equipment to control the engine exhaust pressure or inlet pressure. It can be configured with the measurement and control system configuration or stand alone. The controller includes Honeywell controller, exhaust pressure sensor, electric actuator, exhaust control butterfly valve for reliable performance.

Engine exhaust or intake pressure measurement controller is arranged with an analog meter for intuitively and easily monitor the valve opening. The automatic or manual toggle switch allows automatic or manual position control of engine exhaust or intake pressure.

FC2445 Engine start meter

 

Engine start characteristics test is carried out with 24V battery as start source or other power source for three times or multiple times according to test requirements. FC2445 Engine start meter can quickly collect startup voltage, current, speed, intake manifold absolute pressure higher than 10Hz sampling frequency and record the current environmental parameters.

According to the collected data, the curves with duration as x-axis unit against voltage, current, engine start speed, engine start time can be plotted. According to the customized multiple engine start test, the number of successful start and failure start are recorded. The speed channel within 4 channels is fixed. Other three channels (channel A voltage, channel B current, channel C hydraulic) can be freely defined.

The range, coefficient, zero point and full scale should be set and calibrated. The speed channel set with system parameter setting, in which channel A, channel B and channel C should be calibrated. The device also has two digital-analog outputs 0-5V, i.e. 0V to 5V output of torque and power to control other equipment with 0-5V control signal, where the range of torque and power must be inputted.

Measuring and recording engine start amount, engine start duration, time, engine start speed (drag speed), starter voltage, starter current, engine oil pressure, etc. with speed and torque analog output and start relay output control etc.




BFY3000 Engine cylinder pressure transient explosion meter

 

BFY3000 Engine cylinder pressure transient explosion meter uses high-precision, high-speed analog-digital converter for sampling. It collects the engine cylinder pressure transient data and calculate a cycle of the average pressure and maximum pressure values. The engine stroke and range can be set by the LCD touch keys.

The set values can be permanently saved. After data processing of engine cylinder pressure transient explosion meter, the collected data is displayed on the LCD panel, while all the data is sent to the computer through the standard RS232 serial port or CAN bus. Those data is processed by software calibration and software linearization for screen display, save and print.
