Electric motor test bench
The motor dynamometer not only needs to meet three major technical parameters such as speed, torque and power, but also meets various requirements like load characteristics, working system, acceleration, starting, braking, overload capacity and speed regulation characteristics. Motor manufacturers need to conduct motor inspection tests and type tests.
The motor inspection test determines whether each assembled motor is electrically or mechanically compliant.
Small engine test bench
The small engine test bench is a device that measures engine performance, including power, speed, and generated torque. Workload or engine operating conditions can be simulated.
During the test, the test rig monitors various outputs from the engine including output torque, power, emissions, accumulated heat, etc. Testing can include multiple different levels of workload such as city driving or highway driving.
Engine dynamometer is a powerful tool for engine and component development.
With engine dynamometer, engineers can eliminate confusing variables and focus on how products or processes affect combustion. Transmission test stand
The transmission test stand is used to simulate the engine ( electric or hybrid drive motor) input speed and vehicle load of the transmission, allowing the operator to apply the load to the transmission as if it were in the vehicle.
In order to facilitate proper transmission testing, a low inertia motor is required to produce an acceleration similar to that of an engine (or EV drive motor). The dynamometer is a special purpose adjustable speed motor designed for optimum performance in demanding constant torque and constant power applications.
Gearbox test stand
Using the latest gearbox test bench technology, POWERLINK performs advanced gearbox load testing close to actual operating conditions. Load testing is important for new, refurbished or overhauled gearboxes to demonstrate the quality of operation in real-world environments.
The gearbox test bench can be driven in reverse. This means that the generator will become the motor and the motor will become the generator. The gearbox test rig is used to simulate actual load levels and is freely programmable.
Tractor PTO test bench
Crawler or agricultural tractor Power Take-off PTO test bench, which refers to a series of parameters tested on the shaft where the dynamometer is connected to the power output. Agricultural tractor PTO output power test parameters include speed, torque, power, fuel consumption rate, etc.
The PTO test bench can be used for both the tractor PTO test and internal combustion engine test bench after removing the torque transducer and speed-increase gearbox.

Hybrid vehicle driveline test bench is mainly used for the various test types developed by the power system (engine + ISG motor + transmission + dynamometer) and its electronic control system.
Electric vehicle motor test bed
The electric vehicle motor test bench completes the durability test, routine performance test and road condition simulation test of the pure electric vehicle motor and motor controller. The motor test bench is mainly used for the routine performance test of the motor and its controller for the vehicle, the durability and load test, and other research tests.
